The Immigrant Council for Arts Innovation‘s December Artist of the Month is Cuban writer and storyteller, Hebert Poll Gutiérrez.
Hebert has 16 years of experience connecting with both “young and not so young audiences” and now brings that experience to Calgary’s arts scene.
With multiple projects currently in the works, Hebert hopes to bring the story of Cuba to people all across the world, as he believes his stories of cultural experiences transcend international borders.
