This August long weekend will combine old traditions with the new normal for a fusion of nostalgia and exploration.
Tune in Saturday, August 1st from 1:00 – 3:00pm MT for a special celebration of the Canmore Folk Festival, hosted by Tom Coxworth and Andy Donnelly!
Whether you’re a long-time folkie or you’ve never been to the festival, this stroll back through time will be immensely meaningful and filled with words and tunes that remind us why we adore folk music, storytelling, and the vibrant tapestry they weave together.
The show will feature mainstage performances from Basia Bulat, Whitehorse, and Michael Bernard Fitzgerald.
Tom and Andy will be joined by Canmore Folk Fest Artistic Director, Sue Panning. Plus, we’ll also hear some of Tom and Andy’s favourite Canmore performances from past episodes of Folk Routes and The Celtic Show.
