When Jenny Belzberg complained about uncomfortable seats in one of the Banff Centre’s theatres, she didn’t just sit back. Instead, the Calgary philanthropist and her family made an extraordinarily generous donation. That contribution allowed the Banff Centre to renovate and update its 52-year-old Eric Harvie Theatre.
Re-christened as the Jenny Belzberg Theatre, the venue is gearing up to welcome musicians, performers and audiences once again.
