Noemi Uchida is a Grade Two student in Edmonton who wrote a short story as part of an online school assignment. Noemi also happens to be the daughter of two members of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra.
When she wanted to submit the story as a video reading, some of her parents’ ESO colleagues jumped in to help, providing music from Prokofiev’s Peter & the Wolf – All recorded and filmed at home, of course!
