We here at CKUA love eating local and with good reason. Numerous local eateries have donated meals for our fundraising campaigns, and both of our studio locations—Edmonton’s historic Alberta hotel, and the Calgary Foundation CKUA Studio in Calgary’s East Village—are within walking distance of some great cafés and restaurants. You may have also heard Terry David Mulligan sing the praises of Coyotes in Banff and Calgary’s River Café and Deane House.
It’s a tough go for all restaurants these days, so if you can order takeout or delivery or a gift card from a favourite local restaurant, please do, and tip them well!
