CKUA Promotes Mental Health Awareness

At CKUA, we care about your health and safety and throughout the month of June, we’re airing suggestions for ways to refresh our spirits and encourage each other. Some of us watch a favourite movie, read a good book, or work in the garden.

If you’re looking to connect with friends or family, this past year has taught us the value of simply picking up the phone and checking in on our loved ones. Whatever you do to care for your own well-being when things are tough, be sure to make time for it!

And remember, you’re not alone if you find yourself experiencing more stress than you are used to carrying. Help is available.
