In January, Calgary’s High Performance Rodeo was postponed due to high Covid cases in the province. So, the annual winter festival, presented by the One Yellow Rabbit theatre company, became a spring festival.
The Rodeo wraps up this weekend with This Is a Story of the Child Ruled By Fear. The show is written and performed by David Gagnon Walker. Although he’s the star of the play, it’s far from a one-man show. In fact, it wouldn’t work without the participation of at least a few audience members.
