The Edmonton Blues Hall of Fame have announced this year’s 2020 inductees.
Recipients include:
- ‘Performer of the Year’ Edmonton-based blues man, Jimmy Guiboche,
- ‘Legend’ inductee Donald Ray Johnson, and
- ‘Blues Builder’ Terry Wickham, artistic director of the Edmonton Folk Music Festival.

The Edmonton Blues Hall of Fame Foundation Board of Directors announces the cancellation of the 2020 Edmonton Blues Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Celebration. Although it was scheduled to take place on May 31, 2020 at the Blues on Whyte in Edmonton, the Board of Directors knew early in March that it would be difficult to plan such an event with the uncertainty of the COVID-19 virus and have made the collective decision to cancel. The safety of everyone who works so hard to make this event happen, and all of the supporters and blues fans is paramount.
