Canadian pianist Sarah Hagen’s refreshingly imaginative and inventive approach to these wonderfully varied and emotionally differentiated works by Bach have been heralded for her vivid precision of touch, exquisite phrasing and perfect articulation of line. Hagen is one of the most dynamic and expressive pianists in the classical music scene – her level of passion and ability to interpret daunting classical masterpieces is extraordinary to witness live in concert.
