Lucky Sonne (Luke Colborne Band)

CKUA announcers have called Lucky Sonne an undiscovered treasure! Discover their meticulous songcraft, five critically-lauded records, and high-energy performances. Influences include the four Bs: Beatles, Beach Boys, Byrds, and Bob Dylan, and an N: Neil Young. Songwriter Luke Colborne has distilled these influences into a distinctive sound that artfully brings classic tones together with a joyous vibe that never feels rushed, brimming with a cheeky sentimentality that reminds us there’s always a big heart behind a wry smile.

Red Deer Lake United Church is located immediately south of Highway 22X, 8 km west of Macleod Trail S. Turn left at the lights at 53 St. SW then left on Spruce Meadows Green.

Tickets $30/person, Youth (13-18 yrs old) $15, Children (12 years and under) free.
