Literary Editions: University of Alberta Press and Edmonton Poetry Festival

University of Alberta Press is pleased to announce that its annual Literary Editions event will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Please join us online or at an in-person listening party in Edmonton at Henderson Hall, Rutherford Library South, North Campus (University of Alberta).

Everyone is welcome!

This celebration of poetry will feature readings from UAlberta Press’ newest collections: That Audible Slippage by Margaret Christakos, Deviant by Patrick Grace, and Northerny by Dawn Macdonald. Our host is the marvellous Jenna Butler.

Although the poets will be reading from their respective homes in Toronto, Vancouver, and Whitehorse, there will be a listening party in Henderson Hall (1-17 Rutherford Library South) with refreshments as well as an opportunity to visit.

This hybrid event is co-hosted by the Edmonton Poetry Festival.
