Hike for Pilgrims Hospice Society

The Hike:
Hike for Pilgrims Hospice is an annual family and pet-friendly walk event. Walk 5KM through the beautiful MacKinnon Ravine to support end-of-life care and grief support in the greater Edmonton community.

Entering its 13th year, this outdoor event continues to grow in participation and community support. We are inviting families and friends who have lost a loved one to create a legacy of ongoing support by hiking in their memory.

Hike Start/Finish Location:
Isabelle Connolly Park – 9835 148 St NW, Edmonton (Across from the Hospice)
(Free parking at churches and along residential streets)

Times:
9:45 am: Memorial
9:50 am: Warm-up
10:00 am: Hike

About Pilgrims Hospice Society
Pilgrims Hospice Society offers compassionate care for individuals living with a terminal illness, enhancing dignity and quality of life, until the end of life. With a whole-family approach, our programs also support caregivers and those grieving the death of a loved one. The Roozen Family Hospice Centre is a warm and family-friendly, end-of-life residence with 12 comfortable suites for individuals in the final stages of life. The Centre provides programming that helps support both the ill person and their loved ones, from diagnosis through to loss and bereavement.
