Downstage GoGo Battles: OMG Someone Dies!

Thursday, April 18th - Saturday, April 27th

A World Premiere GoGo Battles production by Karla Marx and Bitch Sassidy with generous support from Val Duncan and Downstage.

Get ready for this exciting one of a kind GoGo Battles experience as we present a prime-time mini-series event for the ages! It has all the drama of wrestling but with murder!? There’s a one-time-only show every night! Collect the clues over the full 3 night run to figure out who survives and who dies at Motel Theatre in Arts Commons! Missed an episode? You can catch it again the following weekend.

Night 1: It’s A Big Effing Deal

GoGo Battles kicks off with an Eliminatrix III mainstage, headlining, tweet worthy battle for the ages! Electrifying stunts, jaw dropping performances, and middle-aged ladies duking it out for the crown! Oh wait … is that a dead body? Is that in the script? OMG SOMEONE DIES!

Night 2: We’re Gonna Solve this Case Like it’s Kony 2012 Baybeeee

Officers Lead Cop, Buddy Cop, and Rookie Cop are on the case! Join our detectives as they literally fight their way through suspects, clues, and plot devices as they narrative their way to what Entertainment Weekly might call a “Satisfying conclusion.”

Night 3: An Angel, a Demon, and a Furry Walk into a Bar…

Ok, ya ever notice on season three of any TV show the writers start getting “artsy” with the show and do a lot of dream sequences and surreal stuff? WELCOME TO OUR VERSION! Edibles are suggested for this AMAZING conclusion of GoGo Battles: OMG Someone Dies!

GoGo Battles is proud to team up with Downstage for a high class, super smart person type artsy SMACKDOWN KABLAMO!
