The Edmonton Arts Council (EAC) supports, promotes and inspires the arts in Edmonton. Through growing investment in artists, organizations, festivals and the greater arts community, EAC raises the profile of Edmonton arts and culture, and brings the arts to everyday life.
Since 1997, Edmonton-based artists who have made outstanding contributions to both their artistic fields and the greater community, have been awarded funding through the annual Edmonton Artists’ Trust Fund. It’s a joint initiative of the Edmonton Arts Council and the Edmonton Community Foundation.
