Throughout the summer, Friday Night Blues Party will include some moments of looking back. Host Cam Hayden is delivering on a idea from a Red Deer listener, sharing music from great blues recordings from the past that deserve more love. Hayden originally referred to this feature as “treasures lost and found.” Now it has a new name: Reverberations.
June’s featured albums included Magic Sam’s West Side Soul, King Biscuit Boy’s Good ‘Uns, John Mayall’s USA Union, and Albert Collins’s Ice Pickin’.
What will July bring? Which artists will be featured? Tune in to to find out!
Friday Night Blues Party airs every Friday from 9pm to midnight MT.
