The joy begins on December 7 with a “Snow Day” and lots of songs about winter and snowy times. Hear tunes by Simon & Garfunkel, the Voices of Walter Schumann, Big Maceo with Tampa Red, Stompin’ Tom Connors, Sarah Vaughan, Dinah Washington & the Ravens, Connie Francis, and more.
December 14 will bring a jolly visit from the Shellac Shack Santa, and Roy will play all Christmas 78s.
On December 21, the focus will be on festive 45s.
Each show will feature artists loved by fans of Roy’s eclectic taste and incredible record collection. The Golden Gate Quartet. Loretta Lynn. Jessie Mae Hemphill. Guy Lombardo and His Royal Canadians.
