We loved spending time at the Sled Island Music & Arts Festival in Calgary. We had a table set up in Sled Alley on June 22, and it was so great to meet new people, enjoy the sunshine, and enjoy music together.
CKUA Events and Volunteer Coordinator Tom Tunski says, “It was amazing to experience the different arts venues across Calgary. We also saw the variety of artists that Sled had to offer.” He adds, “Meeting some of our listeners in Calgary truly showed me how much our station means to people. From diehard fans to people who just started listening, everyone has something that they love about CKUA.”
