Landreth–Joey and David–who are playing Friday February 7 at The Arden (5 St Anne St, St. Albert) and Saturday in Turner Valley at Beneath the Arch (The Flare n’ Derrick Community Centre, 131 Main Street, N.E Turner Valley). David is now a Dad and Joey is ranked one of the Top 50 new guitarists in popular music.
Mike Plume returns to Edmonton after 19 years in Nashville. He releases his new album Lonesome stretch of Highway. May 2020. And it’s really good. For the first time anywhere we debut a track: “Perfume and Gasoline.”
And then Blackie and the Rodeo Kings. Tom Wilson who was just nominated for a Juno (Lee HARVeY Osmond) and Colin Linden who just won a Grammy (for co-producing Keb Mo’s Oklahoma). Along with Stephen Fearing, they are Blackie and the Rodeo Kings. This year they celebrate 25 years together. And they release their new album King of this Town.
