This month, the Edmonton-based Firefly Theatre & Circus launches the province’s first-ever circus focused festival! June 25-27, the Alberta Circus Arts Festival promises virtual performances from many different Western Canadian circus artists, plus workshops and initiatives in professional development for workers in all aspects of the industry, from ringleader on down.
The free virtual Keynote and Masterclass “From Concept to Stage” will be delivered Friday evening by St. Albert raised, Las Vegas-based creator and stage director Krista Monson.
