One year ago, artist Miriam Fabijan had just finished curating a new exhibition when the Covid-19 pandemic forced the closure of Calgary’s Arts Commons.
Titled The Many Paths That Have Led Us Here: Stories of Resilience In the Arts, the installation is still intact, but has moved online. The exhibition features work by Fabijan and other ‘re-emerging’ artists who have found their way back to art after taking a break for various reasons.
