Touring life isn’t exactly a wellness retreat. It’s long days, little sleep, and the constant battle to stay healthy on the road. So how do artists keep themselves in top shape for every show? 

 For Katie Tupper, it’s all about balance: rest, meditation, lots of water, immunity-boosting ginger shots, and reminding herself why she does this in the first place. Connecting with people through music.  

 I caught up with Katie in an airport terminal, en route to yet another tour stop, and despite the challenges, she wouldn’t trade it for anything.
