On Friday, June 24, a new season of Session Stories will launch. This summer, Blindman Brewing’s Super Session is available in 568 ml “stovepipe” cans, with a series of 19 different labels featuring short stories and poems by Alberta authors. Throughout the summer, on Friday afternoons at 5:45 pm, these authors will read their work on CKUA.
Jason Lee Norman is the creative mind behind this longstanding collaboration among Blindman Brewing, CKUA, and Alberta’s writers. Lisa Wilton chatted with Jason, program director at the Writers’ Guild of Alberta, to learn more about how these stories end up on these cans of ale.
