The Mirror, The Echo, The Panopticon is a new visual art exhibition from Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre in Medicine Hat. This exhibition aims to explore how the internet and our everyday technologies reflect and transform our society and their individual users. Over time, the internet has altered how humans perceive and experience the world. In this exhibition, seven artists have come together to present a variety of visual works surrounding this topic.
Among those artists are Calgary-based projection mappers, Laura Anzola and Matthew Waddel, who co-founded Axis Z Media Arts (AZMA). They recently joined CKUA’s Lisa Wilton:
