It’s an industry which has seen average workers’ income settle at roughly half the Alberta average for years now, and it’s also been amongst the very most hard-hit by the pandemic era. The newly-introduced Bill 75, The Arts Professions Recognition Act, aims to lift workers up in the embattled arts and culture sector here in Alberta.
