Lia Pereira is a Brazilian-born multi-disciplinary artist who focuses on storytelling using writing, photography and visual art. She moved to Calgary five years ago and had to reinvent herself and start fresh in a new and unfamiliar land.
Lia is the March Artist of the Month for the Immigrant Council for Arts Innovation (ICAI).
