Concert photographer Monika Deviat has captured some of the biggest and most unique metal bands in the world, including Judas Priest, GWAR, and Apocalyptica.
After more than 12 years shooting concerts, the Calgary photographer decided it was time to branch out. Monika is now turning her lens from metal to the milky way.
On Tuesday, December 8, 2020, she’ll teach a class on her new passion, nighttime photography. She recently spoke to CKUA’s Mark Rodgers about discovering her love for night shoots:
