Classically trained Calgary violinist and singer FoonYap recently released her new single, Free and Easy Wandering.
She describes the song as a mix between Bjork and celebrated Chinese singer Teresa Teng. It was composed during an online residency program through Edmonton’s Mile Zero Dance, which included a dozen Alberta artists who were asked to explore identity and freedom through an Asian lens.
