For 24 years, The Jewish Federation of Edmonton has entertained and enlightened film goers with a kaleidoscope of Jewish culture, history and identity in presenting the Edmonton Jewish Film Festival.
When faced with the spectre of the COVID-19 pandemic the festival acted quickly and took a selection of films online for their May event.
Tony King chats with Susan Schiffman, Coordinator of the Edmonton Jewish Film festival about the challenges they faced in mounting a virtual festival, the vast array of films, along with the pub talks which featuring some very special international guests.
