Curbside Museum is Canmore’s Culture Fix

Interview

Visitors and residents of Canmore can get a quick culture fix thanks to Curbside Museum, which sits on a fence along Railway Avenue at Pinewood Crescent.

Founded and curated by artist, writer and producer Enza ApaCanmore’s Curbside Museum presents micro-exhibitions that explore ideas both large and small, on subjects factual or fictional, and range from the whimsical to the serious, with no limits except what fits within the museum itself.

The Curbside Museum has been a fixture of the community since 2017, and features new exhibits every few months. On the Tuesday, June 15, 2021 episode of Traffic Jams, CKUA’s Tony King took us on a virtual tour of the micro museum project, and some of its most eye catching exhibitions so far.
