Drag kings, queens, and monarchs unite on Tuesday March 16th, to support literacy and diversity by reading to kids. The online event is called Reading with Royalty. Drag performers will read, sing, play games and answer questions for children.
Laura Black, who performs under the name LJ Nailz, is a drag king involved with the event for the past few years. Dubbed the King of Cheese for his fun-loving 80’s aesthetic, LJ is also a long-standing member of the Fake Mustache Drag Troupe.
