Just in time for summer, Blindman Brewing has released its Super Session Ale, proudly crafted in Lacombe, Alberta. Each can of pale ale showcases a short story from one of 16 Alberta authors.
The 6th episode in our Session Stories Series features August by Christie Schultz.
Christie Schultz is the Assistant Dean (Academic) at the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Extension and a passionate proponent of lifelong learning. Check out her One Street In YEG project, which features photos and seasonal haiku from one street in Edmonto.
Her poem, August, is inspired by Haiku, hot days, cool nights, ans the North Saskatchewan River.
