Arts & Culture October 6 – 10, 2025

This week, we learn about an art exhibition at Chrysalis: Alberta Society for Citizens with Disabilities. Calgary author Marcello Di Cintio tells us about his new book, Precarious: The Lives of Migrant Workers.

We ask Christine Miller about the Edmonton Underground Film Festival. The Princess Bride is set to screen at the Jack Singer Concert Hall with a live orchestra performing the music! And we will talk to Jessica Colley about the Annotations & Observations exhibition at the University of Lethbridge.

Throughout the month of October, cSpace’s Level 4 Hallway Gallery plays host to a vibrant collection of visual works from adults with disabilities. CKUA’s Leo Cripps learns more about this exhibition from Yi Chiang, the team lead from Chrysalis: Alberta Society for Citizens with Disabilities.
