This week, we ask Newfoundland-based Justin Simms about the NFB documentary Sons. Jory Kinjo tells us about a collaboration coming up at The Ironwood in Calgary.

Kyler Zeleny’s photo book is more than just a story about the small town of Mundare, Alberta. Artists Georgia Dawkin and Drew Pardy are the two halves of the HOT 4 THE MOMENT duo. And we look forward to Robbie Burns Day with The Rocky Mountain Folk Club.

It includes interviews with fathers, including his own, and plenty of family footage. CKUA’s Leo Cripps chats with the director ahead of the film’s release on the NFB website.
