She has published numerous literary works, including novels and scripts for both screen and stage. The Nordlys Film & Arts Festival is a not-for-profit film fest that seeks to illuminate the darkness of this time of year by lighting the silver screen in the town of Camrose. Among the films being screened as part of this year’s lineup is Magic Hours, a documentary from director Levi Holwell that grapples with the struggles of historic movie theatres. CKUA’s Tony King learns more about this festival.
