“There wouldn’t be a Carter Felker if I never heard John Prine,” admits Alberta singer songwriter Carter Felker. “John Prine just spoke to everybody, from top to bottom. He got life in a way that was just… human.”
With the sad news of John Prine’s passing on April 7, due to COVID-19 complications, CKUA’s Grant Stovel had the chance to speak with Carter about how he first discovered the legendary songwriter.
