Louis Armstrong’s music is just plain fun! Yes, he was foundational in the development of Jazz and modern music, yes he was a trumpet virtuoso, yes he was a magnetic personality that drew people together from all different backgrounds, and we love him for all of this. We will celebrate him by having pure fun exploring his sound for you.

We Rise As One! A Premiere of a Latin Jazz Suite, written by Johnny Summers. Join us as we present this work that ranges musical styles from Latin America and fuze them with the sounds of the history of Jazz.

Featuring guest musicians, Esteban Herrera, Gisela Romero, Raul Tabera and Orlando Retana. It’s gonna be hot!
