Indie-folk artist, Von Bieker brings a trio to Roam Cafe for an intimate concert on Thursday, March 19.

His thoughtful lyrics, emotional performances and growing collection of bow ties have gathered a growing fanbase seeking connection—be it on stage or on streaming platforms and radio airwaves across Canada and beyond.

His recent album DUMB HOPE landed at #45 on CKUA radio’s Top 100 Albums of 2024 and was also selected by the Edmonton Journal as one of “The 10 Must-Listen Albums From Edmonton Artists in 2024.” The album also reached #6 on the national !Earshot Folk/Roots/Blues chart, with the title track passing 10,000 Spotify streams in its first two weeks.

Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Von Bieker is leaving a lasting impression on audiences across Canada – from capacity crowds with his Small-Tones band in Edmonton to intimate solo hotel room performances at Folk Alliance International in Montreal that led to bookings with two of Calgary’s largest folk clubs. He’s received radio airplay across Canada including CBC and CKUA, and has been featured in several publications including Bandcamp Daily, The Edmonton Journal, Adobe and Teardrops and Canadian Beats.
