Tommy Charles

Thursday, January 16th

Tommy Charles is bringing a classic touch to country with a soulful tone in his Canadian single, “Last Country Bar.” The tune will throw listeners back to a Golden Era, while carrying sounds reminiscent of Alan Jackson. Written by some of Nashville’s finest songsmiths, Kelly Anne Archer (Jason Aldean, Brett Young), Steven Moakler (Dierks Bentley, Jake Owen), and Mark Trussell (Jacob Banks, Blake Shelton). This follows up his lead single “Lookin’ Like That” – both songs produced by Mitch Merrett. Born in the Montreal area and recently calling the Nashville of the north (Calgary, Alberta) home, Tommy appeared on the hit TV show, La Voix (The Voice). His talent and acclaim from the competition allowed him to build a fan base, and play to audiences live across the country. His shows are all about having a good time – centered in the heart and soul of country music.

Get your tickets for only $37.50 all-in. Get an even better price when you buy the whole On-Stage Bundle! The bundle price is only $31.50 per show! No hidden fees.

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
