About The Static Shift:
The Static Shift is a dynamic Canadian rock & roll trio, led by the musical prowess of Mitchell Brady (guitar/lead vocals), Kyle Tenove (bass), and Taylor Miles (drums). Their signature sound is often described as tightly woven, gritty, and undeniably groovy, with a mission to enthrall audiences and transport them to an era when rock reigned supreme. Drawing inspiration from a vast spectrum of musical legends and genres, their performances exude a potent energy driven by raw, pulsating rhythms, commanding riffs, and compelling vocals.
With recent performances in direct support for ZZ Top, The Cult, Marianas Trench, April Wine and The Trews, The Static Shift is on a mission to prove rock n’ roll is alive and well. When you immerse yourself in one of their electrifying shows, prepare to be swept away by a torrent of character-infused rock pouring forth from their very souls.
About The Decadent Phase:
Formed in 2017 in Lethbridge, Alberta, the Decadent Phase brings a fresh take on psychedelic rock. While drawing influence from Spirit, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Buffalo Springfield, and other acts of the golden age of late 60s psychedelia, the Decadent Phase brings a vibrant enthusiasm and positive outlook not often seen in the genre.
Consisting of James Swinney (vocals, rhythm guitar, harmonica), Tyler Eresman (lead guitar), Keilan Hakstol (percussion), and Keely Evanoff (bass, harmonies), the Phase maintains a sense of humour and lyrical wit while discussing major concerns of the 21st century, including climate change, income inequality, and work culture. Their debut self-titled EP was released in August 2022 and is available on Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, and every major streaming platform.
