The Boo Revue!

Sunday, October 26th

The Boo Revue! (Sunday, October 26, 2025 10:00 a.m. and 1:00pm) is a frightfully fun, family-friendly, blacklight musical show, created by and starring puppeteers Brendan James Boyd and Reese Scott, who appear on Jim Henson’s Fraggle Rock: Back To The Rock (Apple TV+).

In this musical extravaganza, the friendly inhabitants of a creepy old graveyard present their annual spooky cabaret. Audiences of all ages can get ready to shiver and shake along to spine-tingling musical numbers and be dazzled by supernatural sights!

The Boo Revue! features a talented team of professional puppeteers from Alberta and comes to life with colorful puppets and props created by the expert fabrication team at Puppet Stuff Canada. The show also includes eight original musical numbers composed by Michael Gordon.

This show is sure to be the family event of the Halloween season!

The show takes place in total darkness and the audience must stay seated for the entire performance.
Sensory Considerations: Bright lights, strobe and fog effects, and loud noises are featured throughout the performance.

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
