The Bleeding Hearts and Panic Pixie

Friday, April 17th

The Bleeding Hearts present a tribute to classic punk and new wave (circa 1978–1988). For one night only, catch your favourite hits faithfully recreated from iconic bands like The Ramones, Billy Idol, Iggy Pop, The Clash, The Cars, and many more.

Panic Pixie is an all-girl Edmonton power trio bursting with fun, sparkle, and pop-rock energy, blending catchy originals with modern hits and Gen-Z throwbacks. Backed by over a decade of combined touring experience, they’ve built momentum with recent main-stage support slots for Dear Rouge and The Beaches and are quickly becoming a crowd-moving new favourite.

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we'd love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
