Ryland Moranz

This month at Calgary’s Rocky Mountain Folk Club: Both in his own right as a solo artist and as an integral member of Leeroy Stagger’s Rebeltone Sound, Ryland spends considerable time traversing the highways and byways of Canada, the US and Europe. He filters the spirits and genius of literary giants like Vonnegut and Hemingway thru the templates of Townes Van Zandt, John Prine or Blaze Foley. Ryland’s compositions span bygone days, the here and now, and what may be to come, for himself and all of us.

Doors open at 7:00 pm and the show starts with opening performer Geoff McKenzie at 7:30 pm.
Location: Rosedale Community Hall, 901 – 11th Avenue NW, Calgary
Tickets: $25 (+fee) on our website, or $30 at the door
