Rare & Remarkable Artisan Market

The Rare & Remarkable Artisan Market features a curated selection of local artisans and makers, offering a unique shopping experience just in time for holiday gift giving. Taking place in the permanent exhibit “Remarkable Red Deer: Stories from the Heart of the Parkland”, the Rare & Remarkable Artisan Market is in a one-of-a-kind setting that encourages learning more about our community, buying local, and the chance to take in the incredible artwork in Gallery 1 & 2.

The Artisan Market on Saturday, November 22 is open to the general public from 10am – 4:30pm. Admission is free with donations made to the MAG always appreciated. We’re bringing Rotary Recreation Park to life with our friends at the Golden Circle Seniors Resource Centre, Norwegian Laft Hus, and Red Deer Pottery Club (inside the Rec Centre Lobby) who will also be hosting their markets on this day. Plan to wander the park to find a few treats and treasures.
