Raine Hamilton String Trio

Saturday, March 16th

Coronation Community Centre Society Presents the Raine Hamilton String Trio.
Resonant, acoustic chamber folk with an otherworldly edge.
Raine’s music is a hybrid of the classical tradition of string quartet chamber music, with the singer songwriter folk that comes so naturally to Raine. Joined by cello and upright bass, expect string arrangements that push and pull, that move as they console.

This show will take place at the Coronation Community Centre at 4820 Municipal Road. Doors open at 5:00pm if you are coming for dinner, music begins at 7:30pm. Tickets are $35 for the concert but if you’d like to join for dinner there is an additional cost of $25. Tickets available at L&C Bookkeeping (403-578-3838).

———————————————————————————-

The CKUA Events Calendar is a listing of music, arts, and culture happenings for the whole province. It is a terrific resource that CKUA offers to the community, to share details about concerts, gallery openings, plays, and films.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we’d love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
