Prairie Folk Sessions

Wednesday, December 16th

At The Slice Bar & Grill 7 pm until close
Prairie Folk Sessions @ The Slice brings musicians and listeners together for an easygoing night of live folk, roots, and acoustic music. Each session helps us keep live music accessible in Lethbridge and Southern Alberta.

COME ON OUT FOR A PERFORMANCE WITH A FEATURED ARTIST AND STAY FOR AN OPEN MIC OR JAM!
October 21, 2026 – Greg Herman
November 18, 2026 – Joshua Beebe
December 16, 2026 – Wander West
Each night features a special performer, and the audience is encouraged to jam along or come up to the mic and bring their INNER FOLKIE… out.

By purchasing your tickets in advance, you support the Lethbridge Folk Club’s mission to provide a welcoming stage for local and regional artists. Come ready to listen, connect, and share in an evening built around real songs, real stories, and a shared love of live music.

Having trouble submitting your event? Please ensure all fields are completed and your image size is correct (<2MB). Please contact feedback@ckua.com if you are still experiencing issues.

Please note that due to the amount of listings, we publish events that focus on music, arts, or culture. While we’d love to publish all submitted items, the sheer number of events means that we sometimes have to decline submissions.

Need to change or update your submitted event?

Email details to feedback@ckua.com and the CKUA team of calendar volunteers will do the rest.
