A two-time Juno Award winner and internationally acclaimed “Master of the Latin String Guitar,” Oscar has spent more than forty years captivating audiences with his extraordinary blend of Latin rhythms, flamenco passion, jazz improvisation, folk traditions, and global musical influences. This Food Bank Booster Concert supports both the Ranchlands Community Food Pantry and the Veterans Association Food Bank.
