Ninth Avenue Band

Kate Stevens will be joining the Ninth Avenue Band at their upcoming January 24th show at the Ironwood Stage & Grill!

We are thrilled to have Kate join us for this show. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Kate, she is a celebrated Calgary based R&B/Soul singer-songwriter. She is acclaimed for her versatile voice and vibrant stage presence, earning multiple YYC Music Awards and is also a CKUA Radio host!

She will be singing some great tunes made famous by Etta James, Diane Schuur, Ella Fitzgerald and Nancy Wilson. You won’t want to miss this one!

Some of the band selections will come from the books of Rob McConnell (a feature for Kim Beachum on Trumpet), Count Basie, Bob Brookmeyer, Duke Ellington and so much more!
