Marigold Ensemble
Inaugural Concert of the Marigold Ensemble
Sunday, November 1, 2026 · 7:00 PM
The Solarium · ArtsHub Ortona
9722 102 St NW, Edmonton
We are delighted to invite you to the inaugural concert of the Marigold Ensemble; an evening that marks the beginning of something new.
Our inaugural program celebrates an evening of music, discovery, and new beginnings and the many ways music can transform, connect, and flourish. From the elegance and vitality of Mozart, to the contemporary voice of Vivian Fung, the rhythmic energy of Stravinsky, the unmistakable colours of Villa-Lobos, and the rich musical heritage of Carlos Gomes, BLOOM brings together works from different cultures, eras, and musical worlds.
At the heart of the Marigold Ensemble is a spirit of curiosity and collaboration. As a conductor-less string ensemble, we come together through listening, conversation, and shared musical responsibility — creating performances that are intimate, vibrant, and alive.
And what better place to begin than the beautiful Solarium at ArtsHub Ortona? We hope you will join us for this special evening and be part of the very first chapter of the Marigold Ensemble.
