Marie Wilson: North of Nowhere

Saturday, March 1st

Marie Wilson was a TRC commissioner and travelled across Canada learning about residential schools from survivors and their families. Now she has written a book “North of Nowhere” and wants to share her story with Canadians.

Marie will be presenting her book on March 1st at MRU in the Ross Glen hall at 2 p.m. There will be an Indigenous market at 1 p.m. Come listen to an amazing woman talk about her harrowing experience and her honour at being entrusted with that role. Her book will also be for sale.

Reconciliation is about relationships. It is a way of life.
