“Good morning, Calgary! If you’re looking for something fun to do this summer, we’ve got the perfect plan for you! The Royal Canadian Legion Chapelhow Branch 284 is throwing its Annual Car and Bike Show on Saturday, August 22 — and you’re invited!
Doors pop open at 9 a.m., the show kicks off at 10, and it’s three full hours of chrome, shine, engines, and community vibes. Bring your specialty ride, bring your daily driver — heck, bring your neighbour’s car or bike if they’ll let you — everyone’s welcome! Registration is just five bucks or a donation to the Veterans Food Bank.
Fuel up with breakfast for eleven‑fifty, then hit the lunch specials starting at noon — hot dogs, burgers, chili, chili dogs — all the good stuff. And from eleven to three, Lindberg Express is rocking the patio, weather permitting! The patio bar’s open with bottled drinks, and the lounge and kitchen are open inside.
